How To Save Money On Used Golf Equipment
By Sweeper | December 8, 2007
Golf is not a cheap game! But there is a way for you to save yourself some money when buying new or used golf clubs and equipment.
The best place I've found to save money on golf equipment, is Ebay! That's right Ebay! I purchased my entire set, everything from my Ben Hogan BH-5 irons to my Ben Hogan bag. Through Ebay, I was able to buy $900.00 worth of golf equipment for $560.00.
Ebay has thousands of golf products listed on their site and new ones are added everyday so you are sure to find whatever piece of equipment you're looking for.
My tips when shopping for new or used golf equipment on Ebay:
-
Find sellers with a high feedback rating.
-
Look for items that are being sold by non-retail sellers. Usually these are rarely used items and have just been sitting in their garage or basement and they want to get rid of them.
-
Always check the newly listed items. You can find items that have not yet had a lot of exposure and if they're "Buy it Now" items, you stand a better chase of winning the auction.
-
Buy last year's model. Most power sellers get their inventory from liquidators and you can purchase brand new golf equipment at reduced prices.
-
I personally only purchase from sellers that except PayPal.
If you have never shopped at Ebay before, then you are really missing out on some great deals. I highly recommend CLICKING HERE and get a free user name and check out whats available.
